How to use?
Step 1: Cleanse Your Skin

Pat your skin dry with a clean towel.
Step 2: Apply a Serum or Moisturizer (Optional)
For better results, apply a light, hydrating serum such as hyaluronic acid to your skin.
Step 3: Prepare the Mask
Ensure the mask is fully charged or plugged in (if it’s rechargeable or corded).
Adjust the settings as needed. Most masks have different light intensity levels—start with the lowest setting if you’re new to red light therapy.
Step 4: Position the Mask
Put on the mask, ensuring it fits comfortably on your face.
Secure the straps or hold it in place as directed.
Step 5: Select Treatment Time
Most masks recommend a session length between 10–20 minutes per use. Check the manual for the exact timing.
Set a timer if the mask doesn’t have a built-in one to avoid overuse.
Step 6: Relax During the Session
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position while the mask works.
